I haven't been able to load any songs to BlogAmp for a while either. I emailed them a few days ago but have gotten no response, which is unusual. They have been quite attentive in the past. I am glad that you posted this, I guess I am not alone. I really like BlogAmp and I hope things get straightened up soon.
FYI: A representative from BlogAmp wrote me to say that the upload function is operational again.
